SDL (Shubh Dhan Lakshmi) terms and conditions:

1. If you have taken 'X' Amount then you have to pay 'X' + (2%) As Interest , (8%) Portal Charge , (9%)
Processing Fee, (1%) Saving wallet of 'X' Amount on the salary date (Neither a yearly nor an EMI
option.) which will be known as your due date .

2. The limit will depend on your good transaction , and if you refer any friend or family member, every
time he or she takes a loan, 1% of the loan amount will be added to your savings wallet once he makes
the repayment . but keep in mind we don't need 10 members from you we need 1 member from you who
is trustworthy. If he or she doesn't make the payment, both of you will be responsible.

3. Overview
SDL is a user-centric portal designed to facilitate friendly loans between the SDL team and individual
users . Upon joining and consenting to an agreement, users become friends with the SDL team ,
enabling them to access transparent, no-license-required loans under Indian law . The portal
prioritizes clarity, privacy, and user convenience, serving as a support system rather than a traditional
lending business.

4. Objectives and Success Criteria
Objective : Provide a transparent , legally compliant platform for friendly loans within India.
Objective : Ensure users have control over repayment timing, privacy, and clear understanding of charges.
Success Criteria : High user consent rates on agreements before loan disbursement.
Success Criteria : Minimal disputes or complaints related to hidden fees or privacy breaches .
Success Criteria : User engagement with features such as salary-date repayment scheduling and savings
wallet accumulation.
Success Criteria: Effective, non-intrusive legal recourse processes for unresolved repayments.

User Onboarding and Consent: New users can accept an agreement to become friends with the SDL
team , enabling loan access with explicit consent on terms and conditions .
Friendly Loan Access: Users can obtain loans from the SDL team without a license requirement,

Transparent Charges: - (2%) As Interest , (8%) Portal Charge , (9%) Processing Fee and (1%)
deduction from loan amount on repayment, credited to user's savings wallet.
Savings Wallet Feature : A mechanism to accumulate 1% of the loan amount deducted at repayment for
future withdrawal by the user, encouraging fund growth.
Repayment Flexibility: Users can select their salary date for repayment, ensuring alignment with their cash
flow and reducing repayment stress.
Late Repayment Terms: No penalty fees ; instead, interest at 1% per day charged only after user
consents to this clause in the agreement.
Privacy Assurance: Strict protocols to maintain user data confidentiality throughout the loan process.
Legal Recourse Framework: Clear steps for addressing non-repayment, including:
Formal Legal Notice (15-30 days to repay)
Civil Recovery Suit options (Summary Suit under Order 37 CPC or Ordinary Money Suit under Indian
Contract Act) Police Complaint for Fraud or Cheating under relevant sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita
(BNS) All legal actions are designed to be fair and non-harassing with adequate time given to borrowers.

6. Constraints and Assumptions
The portal operates strictly as a facilitation platform, not as a formal lending company or business
model . Loans are granted based on mutual consent and friendship status within the portal .
All interest, fees, and penalties apply only after explicit user agreement . Legal actions are contingent
upon documented evidence and user agreement terms. The model assumes users are primarily based in
India and subject to Indian legal frameworks.

SDL Team: Core group managing loan offerings and user relations. Users: Individuals seeking friendly loans
under agreed terms . Legal Advisors: Support drafting agreements and managing legal notices and suits.
Technology Team: Responsible for portal development, privacy controls, and feature implementation.

1. A Clickwrap Agreement requires borrower to click a button or check a box to agree to terms before
proceeding. It is the most legally enforceable style of online contract.
2. The agreement between the two parties will be successfully concluded only After accepting the terms
and conditions and submitting the request.
3. An SDL team member can accept, reject, or place on hold the KYC or any request of any borrower, or
accept or reject any loan amount request.
4. SDL Management and the SDL team will decide the loan amount for each borrower and whether their
limit should be increased or decreased.
